What hours do you work?
I generally work 9.00 am – 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, but if you need me to work later I can do so at a 50% additional charge on the labour.

What happens if after you leave something isn't quite right?
Then I'll come back and rectify the problem, and, if it is my fault, without charge.

Do you take on larger jobs?
Yes, just tell me your requirements and I will give you an estimate.

Which areas do you cover?
Most areas of South London; Bromley, Sutton, Croydon and Greenwich.

Are you insured against any accidental damage you cause?
Yes I have a £1 million public liability insurance policy.

Do you do work for companies?
Yes, your job will be invoiced, payable within 28 days.

How much do you charge?
Charges start at £15 per half hour rising to £20 for plumbing work (no VAT at present).

Do you offer credit?
No, unfortunately at present payment is striclty cash or cheque on completion of your job.

Do you bring all your tools with you?
Yes I bring all my own tools to your job, I also carry a large selection of screws and plugs which are a free consumable for your job.

Do you bring materials with you?
I can but you will be charged for the additional materials with a markup which will be advised when we discuss your requirements.

How long will I wait for an appointment
Hopefully not too long, I aim to carry out your job within 24 hours, and I always try to respond to your enquiry within an hour of your email.
